Each scheduled tour lasts one hour, leaving from the Prairie Lily dock behind the former Mendel Art Gallery on Spadina Crescent near the University Bridge in downtown Saskatoon.The ship travels under three of Saskatoon's eight bridges, past the downtown core with its elegant landscaped parks, natural areas, and some of the city's most opulent residences. The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan with a collection of over 75,000 artifacts. The WDM tells the Saskatchewan story from the beginning of the Saskatchewan boom with economic activity from the turn of the century to 1914. Land seekers flooded the west and towns grew almost overnight. 1910 Boomtown, an indoor representation of a typical Saskatchewan town, recaptures the atmosphere and style of this bustling period.

Remai Modern is a direction-setting art museum and gathering place for culture and community. The building includes 11 gallery spaces, a 150-seat theatre, Shift restaurant, outdoor terraces and rooms with stunning views of the South Saskatchewan River. Remai Modern is informed by the rich culture and history of the Prairies, including Indigenous artists and nations, distinct modernist influences, and a legacy of progressive support for the arts. The museum provides a Canadian and Saskatchewan perspective on global modern and contemporary art movements through a mix of regional, national and international programs.
