Student Registration
Students are required to provide proof of their student status in English (student ID, enrollment confirmation, a letter from their supervisor or similar). Student cards must show the expiry date. You can upload a PDF, Word document or PNG file during registration.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 1800 to 2100. Tickets are included with conference registration.
You may purchase guest ticket(s) to the Welcome Reception for $55.00 per person.
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 1710 to 2200. Tickets are included with conference registration.
You may purchase guest ticket(s) to the Conference Dinner for $75.00 per person.
Technical Tour
The complimentary technical tour at the Saskatchewan Cyclotron Facility, Canadian Light Source, and Allard-Roozen Imaging Suite will take place on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 1330 to 1630.

Please note: In order to attend the tour, the facility will need to do a pre-screening three weeks prior to the conference, if you are not willing to share your contact details, then you may not be able to attend the Technical Tour.Payment Information
Credit Card Payments Online
Registration paid with credit card is the preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services.
Bank Transfer or E-Transfer
Banking details are provided on the Invoice which is attached to the confirmation email. If you have a Canadian bank account and would like to send an e-transfer, please send it to admin@venuewest.com.
Important Notes
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received by emailing 11ici-registration@venuewest.com by March 15, 2023.
All fees paid will be refunded, less a CAD $50.00 administrative fee, when cancelled by March 15, 2023.
Cancellations received from March 16 – May 18, 2023, will receive 50% of their fees refunded.
Cancellations received after May 19, 2023, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable by emailing 11ici-registration@venuewest.com.
A CAD $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for every name change to an existing Conference registration.
Delegates applying for visas, must do so by early February, 2023. Should applicants not get approved, a claim a full refund can be submitted if they provide the Official Visa Letter of Refusal and proof of application date (early Feb), no later than the start of the conference, July 23, 2023 by emailing 11ici-registration@venuewest.com.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded. Registration fees will be refunded less a CAD $50.00 administrative fee.
